OUR STORY

Started in a coaching practice — not a content factory.

The Career Coaching Program started as a six-week curriculum we wrote for our 1:1 clients — senior managers, founders, and ICs in transition who needed more than a polished resume.

After the third client said “you should turn this into a course,” we did. Today the curriculum is taught by a network of fifteen coaches across product, engineering, marketing, and operations — every one of them an active practitioner before they were a teacher.

We obsess about one outcome: the move you are trying to make in the next ninety days. Everything else is in service of that.

OUR METHODOLOGY

Four principles behind every lesson.

Outcome before output

Every assignment is graded against a target outcome — interview rate, offer quality, comp lift. Pretty resumes that do not move the metric do not pass.

Frameworks over heuristics

STAR for behavior. Anchor-and-bridge for negotiation. Bridge roles for transition. We teach repeatable frameworks so the second job search is faster than the first.

Coaching, not content

Lessons are short. Async coaching is where the real work happens — every assignment is reviewed by a human within 24 hours, with notes you can act on the same day.

Confidential by default

We never publish your story or your resume without explicit consent. The job search is private — we treat it that way.

Hi, I am Elena Marchetti.

I spent twelve years on the hiring side at Stripe, Notion, and a handful of mid-stage startups before I started coaching full-time. I have read roughly 9,000 resumes — every one of them taught me something about what hiring managers actually look for.

I built this program because the people I admired most kept telling me the same thing: nobody had ever sat them down and shown them the system. So we wrote it down. Then we kept rewriting it as the market changed.
